"As in Heaven Your will is eternally performed, so may it be done on Earth by all creatures, particularly in me and by me." St. Elizabeth of Hungary, 1207-1231
News & Announcements

We celebrate all the gifts that Fr James brought here to St Elizabeth.
It is with sadness we say our good bye's and will miss his presence here in Pflugerville, but at the same time rejoice in his ongoing service to the people of God and know what a great asset he will be to his new Parish.
Priestly Ordination for the Diocese of Austin
Ordained favorite son of St. Elizabeth of Hungary
to the Sacrament of Holy Orders
On Saturday May 29, 2010,
Bishop Joe Vasquez ordained seven men to the Holy Priesthood for the Diocese of Austin.
Among the seven was Rev. Steve Sauser
who joined us as our new Associate Pastor July 1st. We thank God for this addition to our Parish and look forward introducing him to our Parish family.
Also, among them was our own Rev. Matthew Kinney
son of Timothy and Katherine Kinney.
Congratulations!
We are blessed and proud of the accomplishments of
Fr Matthew and Fr Steve.
Lumen Gentium
Congratulations to Bob Glasgow for being the 2010 St Elizabeth recipient of the Lumen Gentium award. Bob truly is a light of inspiration in his dedication to ministry here at St Elizabeth's
Pope Benedict XVI promulgates his third encyclical. On Monday the Holy Father, Benedict XVI, issued his third encyclical, Caritas in Veritate (Charity in Truth). In this letter to the Universal Church, the Holy Father enfleshes the relationship between the human person's ascent to truth which essentialy includes an ordered understanding of the love of God and neighbor.
