Catholic Night at the Dell Diamond

“Round Rock Express Friday Fireworks”

Friday, September 3, 2010 @ 7:00 p.m.
 

(Tickets on sale after every mass.)

This is a fundraiser for our Youth Ministry

 

Box Seats (Seating Bowl)  - $10.00

Berm Seating (General admission lawn) - $5.00

 

*      Come enjoy a fun-packed game at The Dell Diamond!  - Church members and their families can receive discounted tickets for this game.

*      Each church’s name will be displayed on the video board during the 3rd inning of the game.

*      See Msgr. Mike Sis, Vicar General, throw the first pitch out.

*      The church that sells the most tickets will have the opportunity to hold an event at the Dell Diamond on a non-game night.

*    A portion of the proceeds will benefit all churches that participate.



Religious Education

It's time to register for Religious Education classes.  Registration is available in the Religious Education building.  You may also register here on-line under the Religious Ed link. 
 Classes begin September 19.

Pope Benedict XVI promulgates his third encyclical. On Monday the Holy Father, Benedict XVI, issued his third encyclical, Caritas in Veritate (Charity in Truth).  In this letter to the Universal Church, the Holy Father enfleshes the relationship between the human person's ascent to truth which essentialy includes an ordered understanding of the love of God and neighbor.
