Parish Committees
BUILDING COMMITTEE
Serve as advisory committee on buildings and capital improvements to Pastoral Council. Identify areas where the Parish infrastructure/ structural growth is needed. Update and maintain Parish master plan. Determine best approach and optimal timing for implementing changes. Facilitate formulation of construction project team. Oversee construction/ preconstruction requirements and design. Oversee building or construction projects. Implement a system to gather input and areas from Parish community. Understand general building codes and requirements

FACILITIES COMMITTEE (MAINTENANCE)
Serve as advisory committee on facilities management to Pastoral Council. Coordinate and plan facilities improvements with Building Committee. Identify all facilities management projects and work with Pastoral Council to prioritize them. Facilitate building and facilities maintenance and upkeep. Annually examine facilities to determine if improvements are required. Facilitate upkeep of equipment needed for building maintenance.

FINANCE COUNCIL
Helps the Pastor plan and consults on Finance matters of the Parish. Pastor appoints members. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.
PASTORAL COUNCIL
Members of the Parish discerned by parishioners or the Pastor. Representative voice of Parishioners. Quarterly meeting is held on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm.

LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE
Serve as advisory committee on general landscaping and maintenance to Pastoral Council. Identify all landscaping projects and work with Pastoral Council to prioritize them. Facilitate landscaping and maintenance. Identify and plan cyclical events.
Coordinate and plan changes and improvements. Collaborate landscape with Building Committee Projects and Parish master plan. Facilitate equipment maintenance and upkeep.

STEWARDSHIP & EVANGELIZATION
The Stewardship and Evangelization Commission is concerned with the areas of giving talent, time and treasure in support of the Parish, Diocese and the universal Church. In addition to giving of our gifts to the Church we reach out to help those who are alienated and welcome them to the community of the Church. This commission assists the Parish with the Diocesan Catholic Services Appeal and the annual Discipleship Fair.
