On-line Registration Instructions for Church Members with a current email address on file. Getting a User ID and Password

1. Go to www.churchdb.com/austin

2. Retrieve User ID and Password by clicking on the yellow CLICK HERE box. Type in your email address and first name and click SUBMIT

3. Log onto your personal e-mail to retrieve your User ID and Password. Depending on your e-mail settings, the e-mail may go into your bulk mailbox. If you don’t receive an e-mail from ChurchDB and your spouse has a different e-mail address, try his/her e-mail address and name as well. Also if you go by a nickname, be sure to try your full first name (ex: Try Robert even if you go by Rob).

4. Open your email from support@churchdb.com, take note of your user ID and password, and follow the link at the bottom of the e-mail to register.  {If you do not receive a user ID and password then you do not have current parish registration with an email address on file with the church.}  You will then need to create a parish record; follow the directions to the right of the above link.

5.  Log-in using the ID and password received thru email.

6.  Click on "Education" to the left and register your child for the class and time you desire.
